Water refreshes life! Drink enough water every day! This is one of the key messages shared in the Live More Abundantly lifestyle program that works with community members with non communicable diseases or at risk. During 18 sessions they are coached to make lifestyle changes to improve their health and reduce health risks. The program is part of ADRA’s Adventist Community Services and Best CHOICES projects, currently working with persons in 5 villages, with plans to start in more villages soon. Each participant receives a kit with a water bottle, pedo-meter, cookbook and notebook with key program information, all within a eco-friendly carry bag.<\/p>

The Adventist Community Services project is funded by Advocates for Southeast Asians and the Persecuted (ASAP Ministries<\/a>), Cambodia Adventist Mission, Southeast Asia Union Mission and ADRA.
