The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Cambodia has implemented uniting TOwards Gender Equality for enjoyment of women\u2019s and girls\u2019 Total HEalth and Rights \u201cTOGETHER\u201d<\/strong> project and is conducting its Year 2 Annual Data collection in 30 rural villages of 12 districts and 3 provinces in Kompong Thom, Preah Vihear, and Steung Treng with the funding from Global Affairs Canada and ADRA Canada.<\/p>\n

ADRA is seeking a Consultant <\/strong>to write the Annual Data collection report from February 6 to March 8, 2022.\u00a0 Consulting Services will include, but are not limited to the following tasks. \u00a0A full TOR can be accessed through the link here: TOGETHER – Y2 Annual Data Collection – Consultant TOR<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Analyze year 2 annual data collected through the local context lens<\/li>\n
  2. Discuss findings with implementing team<\/li>\n
  3. Write the year 2 annual data collection report from the local context perspective and based on the provided template<\/li>\n
  4. Dialog with ADRA Cambodia and partners on feedback, incorporate into final year 2 data collection report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills and Competencies<\/h2>\n

    The Annual Data Collection Writer Consultant should come with the following skills in Cambodia:<\/p>\n

    1. Excellent writing skills in English.<\/li>\n
    2. Ability to access major government strategies and trends in the relevant intervention areas.<\/li>\n
    3. Skills to quickly analyze project proposals, reports, and field documents and the ability to function independently without major oversight or direction after initial objectives are established.<\/li>\n
    4. Be efficient and clear in preparing reports and have his or her own laptop computer for use in the evaluation and write-up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
