Through Adaptive Resilient Initiative for Sustainable DRR Engagement (ARISE) Project which is funded by Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Czech Republic with support from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Community Disaster Risk Reduction trainings to district-commune-village DRR Management Committee members were conducted. After planning, risk assessments, and mobilization of all DRR partners, the ARISE project staff scheduled the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)\/Community Investment Planning (CIP) training for 3 different groups and identified 110 participants including DRR committee members at the different levels (District (5), Commune (30), and Village (75) to be trained. The first group training of 30 participants were conducted on September 6-8, 2023. The second group training of 34 participants were conducted on September 11-13, and the third group training of 49 participants were conducted on September 18-20, 2023.<\/p>
