Given the additional risks posed by climate change, political instability, and public health crises, the project also integrates risk-mitigation strategies to ensure the continuity of essential SRHR and GBV-related services. To ensure long-term sustainability, STRONGER focuses on inclusive governance, empowering local leaders, women\u2019s organizations, and policymakers with the necessary skills and data to advocate for gender-responsive health policies.                                                           The GBV Specialist is a key team member in the STRONGER project, responsible for integrating gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and responses, and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services into community health systems. This role focuses on integrating of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), addressing sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and the psychosocial needs of vulnerable populations, particularly women, girls, and survivors of GBV, in strategic program design and implementation, capacity building of project staff and local partners, case management, and advocacy to influence health policies and practices.<\/p>\n

                                                          The GBV Specialist is responsible for leading\u00a0the implementation, and oversight of all GBV-related activities under the\u00a0SRHR & SGBV Services stream.
